Reports

Reports shows how your business is doing: what you sold, how much you earned per product, how each team member performs and how much tax you generated in each period. All of them filter by date and export to CSV.

Where it is Side menu › Reports. Open in your POSYMA
When you see it Sales and Employees come with the basic reports. Financial shows up if you upgrade reports to the Avanzados level, and Tax at the Fiscales level, under "Reports and support" in your subscription.

How to see the sales report
Sales history with filters, list and summary

  1. Open Reports > Sales.
  2. Pick the date range and the filters you need.
  3. Check the totals, top products and payment breakdown in the side panel.
  4. Click "Export CSV" to take the data with you.

It is the same screen as Sales > Transactions, so you can also open each sale's detail.

How to see your margins per product

  1. Open Reports > Financial.
  2. Pick a "Start Date" and "End Date" and click "Refresh".
  3. At the top you see Revenue, Cost of Goods, Gross Profit and Margin.
  4. The table shows units sold, revenue, cost, profit and "Margin %" per product.

Margin depends on your products' cost. If you did not enter a "Purchase Cost", profit comes out inflated.

  1. Open Reports > Employees.
  2. Pick the date range.
  3. The table ranks the team by sales, revenue, average ticket and last sale date.
  4. Click an employee to see their sales one by one. Go back with "Back to employees".

How to see the tax report
Tax report by period
Tax report by period. Tap the image to see it larger.
  1. Open Reports > Tax.
  2. Pick the "Period": "Monthly" or "Quarterly", and the dates.
  3. Check the "Taxable Base", "Total IVA", "Total INC" and "Total Tax".
  4. Click "Export CSV" to hand it to your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Do credit sales show in the reports?

Yes. A credit sale is a sale and counts toward total sales and the number of sales.

I do not see Financial or Tax

Those reports depend on your POSYMA's Reports level. The owner can upgrade it from "Upgrade my POSYMA".
